TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KEMPSFORD CAMPING 2008
• All persons are to maintain a high standard of conduct at all times whilst on the site. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the site.
• Pitches must not contain more than one caravan or motorhome
· Noise levels must be moderate at all times. The use of generators, televisions, radios, stereos and any other equipment that emits noise is banned from 23.30hrs until 07.30hrs each night.
· Please show consideration for other guests when walking through the campsite after 23.30hrs by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
· All persons are responsible for properly disposing of their own rubbish. Bins are provided throughout the campsite. Pitches must be left tidy and clear of refuse.
· Please drink in moderation. Anyone deemed to be drunk and disorderly and causing a disruption may be asked to leave.
· Alcohol will only be served to over 18s. ID will be required if you do not appear to be over this age.
· All vehicles entering the site must be maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition, as laid out in the Road Traffic Acts and regulations. All vehicles must have a current MOT and Road Fund Licence and be currently insured for at least third party claims.
· All persons driving vehicles on site must have a current driving licence.
· The maximum speed limit whilst driving on the site is 5mph. Please be aware of dogs, children and guy ropes.
· Vehicles may only be parked within your designated pitch area or briefly in the designated spaces outside of the site office should you need to speak to a member of staff. All roadways and access routes must be kept clear at all times.
· No person may carry out any form of trading on the site without the written permission of the site manager.
· The only fires allowed on site are purpose built barbecues with a burning pan at least 12 inches off the ground. Barbecues must not be lit where they could be deemed a fire hazard nor should they cause excessive smoke. Please do not use our wooden stakes to fuel your barbecue. Barbecues must be cleared fully after use and be properly disposed of.
· Pets are allowed on site but must be kept under control at all times. All pet waste must be cleared up and disposed of properly.
· In case of a fire you must follow the instructions posted at the fire points. Please familiarise yourself with these on your arrival.
· The site manager reserves the right to move vehicles, tents, caravans or other such equipment should it prove necessary, without liability for costs or damages incurred whilst doing so. Costs for moving said vehicles would be reclaimed from the owner, no liability will be accepted by Air Necessities Ltd.
· Air Necessities Ltd, its staff or agents cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, caused to persons or property whilst on the site, or, that results from the activities of The Royal International Air Tattoo.
· Valid campsite ID must be displayed at all times whilst on the site. Any person or vehicle unable to produce valid campsite ID will be made to leave.
· Operation of Kempsford Camping is subject to planning and licensing consent from Cotswold District Council.
· Should the Royal International Air Tattoo 2008 be cancelled, postponed, moved or shortened for whatever reason, Air Necessities Ltd cannot guarantee a full refund.
· Cancellations received on or before 30th June 2008 are subject to a £10 admin fee. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations made on or after 1st July 2008.

Traffic Restrictions
Due to the one way system imposed by the show organisers and the police, we must obey the following restrictions:
Both Saturday 12th July and Sunday 13th July
Traffic cannot leave the site between 5am and 2pm
And
Traffic cannot enter the site between 2pm and 10pm
Please note these times are subject to change and will be confirmed on the day by the local traffic management team.
Data Protection
Your information will be held in an electronic database for the purposes of administration and also for the promotion of future Air Necessities activities. To ensure the safety and security of the camp site, the Royal International Air Tattoo and RAF Fairford, your information may be subject to review by the relevant authorities.
